~Nat1021: I didn't have to wait cuz I can not get a human no matter what choice I pick no matter what * I call... I hvnt had any problems with em till I lost my card and my paycheck is deposit on* this card and wen I reported it lost is the only time I was able to speak to a human and she told me I would receive card n *-* business days and never received it because I am a VIP member and automated system says * wks n have not been able to get ahold of a human since!! Will cancel as soon as I get card and open a bank account ... NEVER GET A GREENDOT CARD FOR DIRECT DEPOIST
