~scott meador: Indians you can't understand half the time.*I have been calling for over * weeks to resove a problem with their online bill pya service. I have used it in the past successfully. then one month they removed money from my account for two payments but he payments never completed. They showing as processing on the billpay page.*After requesting a refund it has been ** days and still waiting. Every day i call and they tell me they guarantee it will be posted to my account tonight at **pm when processing is done. How lucky that they close at *pm.
