~Kim N.: WARNING! Get your account number thru your online account for direct deposit setup. OR EVEN BETTER DO NOT USE GREENDOT FOR YOUR DIRECT DEPOSIT! I needed to get the routing number and my account number to give to my employer for my direct deposit but didn't have access to a computer to look up my account. I called a representative and confirmed the number THREE times as I wanted to make sure. I won't get my pay on time now as the number was incorrect. Suffering because the representative just didn't care. I will never use them again for my direct deposits and I don't recommend them to others for this type service.

~Kim N.: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Kim N.: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Green Dot's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Kim N.: For that I would say two out of five.

~Kim N.: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Green Dot to know who you are.
