~insulted customer: the customer service rep had an STRONG accent she kept getting my information wrong when reading it back to me she tried to tell me that i lived at no such street and when i asked her to read it back to me it was wrong! I THEN ASKED TO SPEAK WITH SOMEONE ELSE AND IT WASN'T DONE. I was angry at that point i will not use this service or card again or will i recommend it to family members and most of them have this card. my refund is suppose to come in * - ** days. I hung up feeling this wasn't ready taken care of so i will wait and see. Her name is MELODY!!!!!!!!!
