~BoACrooks: Called for Customer Service but instead of answering my questions the Representative, Kerwin Bonner, immediately began to bash me for paying other bills before paying for "the place where i lay my head".If Customer Service is going to assume the role of "Debt Collections" then they should not call it Customer Service.Kerwin Bonner would better serve your company in the collections department NOT customer service, he is rude, uninformed and relies on personal attacks to try and beat a payment out of people instead of listening to real problems and offering solutions. No help at all.*Be prepared to "Post Date" a payment if you are calling about being Late. Late payments happen Kerwin...deal with it
