~tickedoff: Citimortgage in divesting their accounts sold me to this piece of **** company. *PM at night I get a "robocall". They cannot follow Federal requirements for sale of Mortgage, nor the required letter they must send as well as Citimortgage. Since their fricking Customer Service is closed* in am they will find a track record starting on them via letter to discontinue telephonic contact, FTC Letter of Complaint, Consumer Financial Protection Agency Complaint and the icing on cake will be complaint to Dept. of Justice. I know Better Business records but does nothing, since Green Tree is not a member. All dissatisfied customers MUST get federal agencies involved in complaints, including useless Congress!
