~lmacmil5860: This company assumed our loan. It used to be a mortgage when we first purchased our manufactured home. Now with Green Tree Servicing "owning" the loan, it is listed as an Installment loan! We were not made aware this ever changed until I looked at our credit file through Equifax. Their customer service stinks. They treat you very unprofessionally. They have harassed us when we were late. They even went as far as asking me recently why I would bother buying food for my family or paying my electric bill if I didn't have a home? That is just rude and very uncaring. So now we're going court. I'm paying them no more. At **.**% interest for the last ** years we have paid them over $***,*** for a $**,*** manufactured home. Our balance is still $**,*** plus now we will have fees tacked on. But we are to the point we don't care anymore.
