~cjones: The person behind the counter made a mistake on my ticket. Very hesitant to give me back my refund. She finally gave it back, but took the whole ***.** back and did not explain to me that it would not go back into my account right away.At this time I have purchased tickets twice, that gave me a neg balance.I am having a problem getting my money back in a timely fashion.I am so disapointed in the customer services at Greyhound Port Authorty ticket department. Everyone appeared to be so unhappy. I ask the agent If she was having a bad day, she answered yes she was. I hope that something can be done. The employer ***** appeared to be angry,tired, and refused to give the right information.
