~Kim: After waiting for several minutes, the customer service rep was rude and hung up, causing me to wait again. Finally after speaking to the manager... nothing was accomplished. I basically spent hundreds of dollars with the promise of receiving my products with in ** business days. ** business days later and they don't even know when my items will ship. I've basically given them $*** in loans because they aren't sending me what was promised and I'm out the money. Terrible business. The manager offered me $** in groupon cash... like I want to spend another dollar with them.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Groupon. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Groupon problem?
~Kim: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Kim: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Groupon's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Kim: For that I would say two out of five.

~Kim: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Groupon to know who you are.
