GetHuman-278112: Called cuz product I ordered came in with a part missing. C.s. Lady said they would investigate issue and give me email in * bus. Days in decision. All I want is the part that didn't come to me. Is an extension piece to a gate* can't fully use gate till I get that part. Waiting too long for answer. Should be able to answer me and send out part same day I call. Bit not!!
