~non u: Frankly I like doing business with Groupon over Amazon.I don't buy often but when do I normally have a memorable experience.If I have questions I prefer to speak to a human over using e-mail or chat lines.Based on conversations I have had in the past over the phone with a human rep I am very satisfied.At least so far.From time to time you get someone who probably is just there for the ride but most of them I have spoken to are legitimately concerned about good customer relations.At this point I see no reason why I shouldn't continue doing business with them.I'm not one to let one bad apple spoil the rest.

~non u: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~non u: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Groupon's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~non u: For that I would say five out of five.

~non u: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Groupon to know who you are.
