~sweetmspea: I had an issue with a purchase for a carpet cleaning company. They decided that they were not servicing my area so I needed to cancel my purchase with the company. I called and was on hold for over an hour. I hung up and called back and chose a different option and immediately got a rep who told me tht at the time they had some special and the hold time was extremely long. But the person I spoke to fixed my issue and gave me Groupon bucks for my purchase. So the results were great. Just that intial hold time was ridiculous.

~sweetmspea: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~sweetmspea: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Groupon's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~sweetmspea: For that I would say three out of five.
