~Athanasios: This is the first time groupon let me down. I took a vacation day to have techs come to my house to clean my air vents. Guess what! They are a bunch of cowboys! They wanted to charge me $** extra on top of what I paid for the groupon coupon and $** per foot for a return vent. I told them that was totally unacceptable and I wanted them to do the work as agreed to in the groupon coupon--- They REFUSED to do the work as per the coupon. I called Groupon customer service which promply refunded my money but when I said what are you doing about the fact I wasted a vacation day? The rep stated she could give me a $* coupon. I wanted to tell her what to do with that coupon but kept my composure.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Groupon. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Groupon problem?
~Athanasios: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Athanasios: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Groupon's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Athanasios: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Groupon customers?
~Athanasios: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Groupon to know who you are.
