~Unhappy Grandma: You cannot get an answer from the phone or on line. Once you type in for support the site never allows you to type in information and goes to a page that does not exist. I ordered an item * weeks ago and still cannot get a postive response as to when the bed set will be sent to me.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Groupon. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Groupon problem?
~Unhappy Grandma: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Unhappy Grandma: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Groupon's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Unhappy Grandma: For that I would say five out of five.
