~khandhargaurav: I recently purchased a gift for my wife from Guess and requested for exchange if she dint like it or if it dint fit. They assured a ** days refund. To my surprise she already owned the same dress of Guess and hence we went to request them for a refund or exchange the very next day. To our surprise, we got a rude behaviour and no refund and no exchange. Me and my wife used to love guess but due to the ill behaviour, we refuse to buy your product further**Its terrible to have come across such a bad experience from a trusted brand. Anyways, it does show that you'll don't respect your clients and surely have lost one today. It was less then ** hours for us to exchange a gift and you'll dint do it. **Gaurav Khandhar.
