GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's H&R Block customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Kathy: I am outraged that it only took less than an hour to prepare my **** taxes (where I had to pay both Federal and State) and I was charged over $*** for this!!!! Last year I had a tax accountant do my taxes which were much more complicated than this year and I was charged $**. This is highway robbery!!!!! And the signage you have up trying to explain the cost of the preparation is worthless. I would appreciate a refund of some of my money and I fully intend on going to the Better Business Bureau with my complaint. ~Kathy: For that I would say five out of five.

~Kathy: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for H&R Block to know who you are.
