~unknown: I recently visited H&R Block in Sioux Falls, South Dakota on Minnesota ave. At first I was very disappointed I payed for a service and the service provided was insufficient. They were more then willing to help but both the tech support off the official Web site and my first represenative ultimately did not do a sufficient job in providing the service that is sappose to be in the Contracted providable services . I Originally went in to simply have them print me off my last * years of tax returns. I felt like they gave me information that was bare minimum and just sufficient enough information just to get me out the door. I left called tech support and once again I felt as though it was a hostile conversation. I conveyed I was not angery in any way shape or form. Im a professional individual because I knew it was necessary to make sure I get the proper documentation needed for a possible Dream business opportunity. I then physically went back into the store and received, with patience,
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting H&R Block. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a H&R Block problem?
~unknown: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~unknown: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about H&R Block's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~unknown: For that I would say five out of five.

~unknown: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for H&R Block to know who you are.
