GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's H&R Block customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-397498: I would NEVER recommend using this H&R Block to file your taxes, or even just asking some questions! The H&R consultant, RAND was absolutely horrible to work with! Made tons of mistakes, wouldn't return phone calls. Claimed I was the difficult one to work with and to get in touch with. Even asked other clients, whom I referred him to if they had heard from me. But ironically they never mentioned that. You'd think my friends would mention something as important as my taxes are to someone that my H&R consultant was trying to get ahold of me! I'm sorry this is your job, take it seriously or retire. DO NOT treat your customers like they are wasting your time. I do believe it is US, your customers that make you your money! Complete waste of my time. And frankly I don't think I should be treated like **** by someone who's supposed to be helping me! Zero ratings across the board! Waste of my time!

GetHuman-397498: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-397498: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about H&R Block's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-397498: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other H&R Block customers?
GetHuman-397498: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for H&R Block to know who you are.
