~merpa: I hate to give a average review, but i must explain to help everyone out. I bought my galaxy s* outright and got H*O to avoid paying ridiculous prices of the major carriers. Once H*O is set up on your phone, it is EXTREMELY SIMPLE. You can set up auto payments or just pay within * minutes over the phone. The issues arise when you need to chenge sim cards or any type of technical assistance. The reps are under trained and end up dragging on issues and causing more problems. You will not be able to speak to any type of manager either. If you need a simple phone and dont need to change numbers or anything they are great!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting H2O Wireless. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a H2O Wireless problem?
~merpa: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~merpa: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about H2O Wireless's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~merpa: For that I would say four out of five.
