~Adiana: It took a total of three phone calls. The first answered after ** minutes,(see previous comment) talked to me, then put me on hold for another ** minutes, informed me he had solved my problem. He hadn't*The next time I was on hold for ** minutes, got representative. She was slightly more helpful and only put me on hold for about ten minutes, but didn' solve my problem either. ( kind of " check back tomorrow and it should have fixed itself "type thing. The third rep, after ** minutes, was wonderful, checked on me every * minutes when he had me on hold to make sure I knew he was there, and fixed my problem. Was asked to take a survey right after.. Had to say wonderful because it was about the rep, not the company in general.....

~Adiana: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Adiana: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about H2O Wireless's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Adiana: For that I would say five out of five.

~Adiana: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for H2O Wireless to know who you are.
