GetHuman-406803's review of HGTV Magazine customer service

GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's HGTV Magazine customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-406803: The customer service rep kept playing with numbers concerning a regular subscription along with a gift subscription. His repeated response was" well that charge depends" The rate I received in my renewal notice was different from what was on line and what he told me. There was definitely a feeling of deception. This was very sad. After being told that the rate for my renewal would almost be double if I *included a gift subscription I just said thank you and ended the conversation. Where I went to school free as in my notice is not spelled double!!!!! Thank you very much.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting HGTV Magazine. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a HGTV Magazine problem?

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-406803: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HGTV Magazine's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-406803: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other HGTV Magazine customers?
