~Ptreecitymom: Call began badly bc agent could not find my printer history and wanted me to recall every detail for past issues. It took ** minutes of me insisting that he had access to this information and several attempts before he found my reconditioned, under warranty printer and could see past cases. All went smoothly after that. Hint: Keep your case numbers for future calls bc that is the fastest way for them to call up information on their system.

~Ptreecitymom: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Ptreecitymom: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HP's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Ptreecitymom: For that I would say four out of five.
