~wwgarrett: HP customer Service is a freaking JOKE!.. Everyone is Foreign, and speaks horrible English. They are so RUDE, the last time I called the guy hung up on me, because my friend told him, how he was IT as well, and that the service guy was wrong about what he said he had to do

~wwgarrett: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~wwgarrett: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HP's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~wwgarrett: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other HP customers?
~wwgarrett: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for HP to know who you are.
