GetHuman-444260: I used online chat to setup for a warranty replacement of a printer, but it required a credit card. They'd only take the CC number by phone and I missed the call. That call was hard to understand, but I got the call back number after listening to it about five times. However, when I called in to the ***-***-**** number I entered option * for tech support and was put through to someone named Ryan who was very easy to understand and who walked through the rest of the process fairly quickly.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting HP. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a HP problem?
GetHuman-444260: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-444260: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HP's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-444260: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other HP customers?
