GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's HP customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Pat Matson: When you sold me the * year extended warranty, I was told it would be good for two years beyond my original year's warranty. Today, I learned it was a ONE year warranty that counted my original year as the second year. Deceiptful and dishonest. The original rep even gave me an end date that you now won't honor. You just lost me as a customer. Shame on you for your lack of integrity. Everyone reading this: BEWARE HP!

~Pat Matson: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Pat Matson: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HP's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Pat Matson: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other HP customers?
~Pat Matson: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for HP to know who you are.
