GetHuman-105705: I called to place an order for my Dad for Christmas. The first time I called I spoke to Richard while placing my order I would ask the price of each item I was using the mail information i had in front of me. Every time we had a price difference. I became very upset and ended the call. I called back several hours later and spoke to Richard again reguested speaking to someone in the USA and was but on hold to have Richard again speak to me. Request a supervisor and she said they would reroute the call back to her. *she said she will take care of again the prices we not the same. I am very dissappointed in your customer servive my parents had purchased products from your company this ended today. Jobs need to come back to this country.
