~harold woods: My order was filled and shipped in reasonable time,however it contained two straw hats and the IDIOTS packed them in a plastic bag mailer.They would be ok if used for FRISBEES.I called customer service and was told they would send me replacements but it has been at least three weeks and no hats.Straw hats are for summer wear on the golf course and I will get no use out of them if they are shipped in the winter.I have just reieved your statement and do not know whether to pay for the hats that have not gotten here yet.
