GetHuman-210596: there was a humming noise in the background and was very hard to hear the girl at customer service,also it is really bad that I need to wait so long to get a replacement Floor Lamp that the one I had was not working.I never thought that the servce would be this BAD at HABAND and to have to wait * to * wks for my replacement lamp after I paid for it and have to wait so long to get my new one.I am not very PLEASED right now with HABAND and what I did not have to go through to get in touch with someone at Customer service.Well at this time I do not know what else to say about the help I had from Customer Service I said all I could think of right now.
