~F B MURPHY: when I call i am advised my call is next in line and i have a *min ** sec wait then the phone goes dead this happenedn at least ** times today when i finally got a warm body it sounded like i was calling a house filled with chatty children and I still got no satidfaction I have finally gotten my answer after several hours it appears c.s is very adapt at appoligies but short on answers, and are not familiar with dot rules of carrage
