~Lola: Half.com is a joke. When I called the automated just switched off after * options. So ridiculous! I ordered for a rental that came very old and all torn inside. I tried to call to report this issue the website looks like it is a scam. Hopefully someone will care to respond to my displeasure before it goes viral. I'm just being honest if you really want to improve. Other websites where I used never ever prove useless like your website that it's a big problem to contact a rep. My email is *****@***.com*Lola
