~megitho: I had expressed my reservations about half.com. I am taking that back. I followed up my order at half.com with an email sent to "*****@***.com. I did not only receive a prompt response, I was promised that delivery date for my item would be fast tracked. I placed my order on Saturday, **th August ****. I was promised it would get to me Thursday, September *th ****. At **am Thursday *th September, the item was delivered to me as promised. Good customer service.

~megitho: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~megitho: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Half.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~megitho: For that I would say three out of five.
