You just lost a customer!!! All because I have a complaint that will go unresolved over $*.**! I just spent $*** for a tool you had, at Tool King that I was prepared to buy it from you. Is the lost of a customer and bad PR worth $*.**????????? Think about this!!!!!!!!!!!
