~Samantha: Horrible....they don't seem to understand...they won't connect you to a person in the US. The paper is in Hartford, ** miles away and I must try to understand someone in the Phillipines? No wonder the paper is going downhill...when one is paying for a subscription, one should be able to talk to someone from the paper in the United States. I think this means no paper....after all, no flyers, no TV guide...what's left...Politics and murder stories. Don't need it.
