~Nancy: It is inconceivable to me that a local paper has NO LOCAL service number. I have called numerous times only to reach the Philippines each time. They told me that it is impossible to speak with someone in the USA. I constantly received the same person (with a different name) each time I called. All she kept asking me for is my credit card number to restart my delivery. Give my credit card number to someone in the Philippines? I think NOT!!! Get with it Hartford Courant. I am totally disillusioned. At least if I call the Journal Inquirer I talk with someone in Manchester, CT. I will spread the word.
