GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Health New England customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~cdmcarthur: HNE has set up it's providers in my area so that it is unnecessarily difficult to access services. That, coupled with having to wait behind the horde of Romneycare deadbeats forces me to go to Connecticut facilities which are much closer, better equipped and waiting time is minimal. This of course allows HNE to deny the claim and pocket the money. They have collected thousands of dollars in premiums from me and then flat out denied the one claim for $***.** that was submitted. HNE is just another rip-off insurance co. that looks for ways not to pay.

~cdmcarthur: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~cdmcarthur: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Health New England's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~cdmcarthur: For that I would say five out of five.
