~mrs marbles: I returned a pair of slippers as size too small was told a replacement would be sent. Phoned as no replacement sent, was told no longer stocked. Would have been nice to be told, instead i had to make contact. Will only refund ***£*.**. Has cost me ***£*.** for original postage and ***£*.** to return goods. So nearly a tenner spent and nothing to show for it. Bloody rubbish. Would not recommend
