~heidimsw: I placed an order with HealthyPets late Saturday night.The order confirmation email showed that my shipping address was missing info. I feared the package wouldn't reach me due to the error (that ocurred on their site). I tried to go to "my account" on their site to try and fix the address. The site didn't let me change anything in my account settings, even though it said, "We seem to have * different addresses on your account". * At that point, I sent in a help request email to the company, since live help was off-line. I explained the delivery address error, and asked that they enter the address correctly on my order and respond to me. I still have not gotten a response to my help request, and it's been almost * days.* As a backup, I called the HealthyPets *** number on Sunday. No one answered. There was an outgoing message saying nobody was in, but no option to leave a voicemail. I called again on Tuesday, since Monday was a holiday. The service rep rudely said that for the f
