GetHuman-alberto: The company service I have experienced today is awful!! If someone responsible in the Company would be so kind to compare the recorded conversations and the confirmation ******** together with the subsequent meaningless number of phone calls to the service numbers this would probably give matters on what NOT to do in the Customer relation side! Not even one figure on the recorded side is consistent or with the confimation one, the same happens taking in account the justifications (add **% VAT).The numbers don't match before and after. So what: I had an advance payment without having one single correct number! I feel personally disgusted by the lack iof professionality (responsibility )shown by the operators.
