~Mad Student: I know why the wait time is so short. Because they just hang up on you. They don't care, they don't want to talk to you, they don't want to help you. They sit on their stupid chair, answer your dumbass call laughing at your face how you are blindly losing money.

~Mad Student: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
