~Mad mom: Yes. It was late at night, on November 12th.

~Mad mom: This so called back is a joke. Maybe one out of three ATM on campus ever work. They are always out of order. There is a fee for everything from using your pin number to make a purchase, to transferring my own money into a real bank. If you are smart you will open an account, and never let any refunds go to these people. They steal students money legally.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting HigherOne. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a HigherOne problem?
~Mad mom: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Mad mom: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about HigherOne's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Mad mom: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other HigherOne customers?
~Mad mom: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for HigherOne to know who you are.
