~Ed Grant: Very poor customer service. Not sure who runs it, but they need to do a better job. When I finally got a hold of someone- in ** minutes- I was told they would have to have someone call me back. Still waiting. Guess I got what I paid for.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Hisense Appliances. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Hisense Appliances problem?
~Ed Grant: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Ed Grant: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Hisense Appliances's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Ed Grant: For that I would say one out of five.
