~Taylor: Hollister has very bad customer service. Some of their representatives are nice, some of them are rude. I have had an issue with an order for almost two weeks and no one will help me. They keep saying it should be figured out within two days, and then two days goes by. They gave me an apology coupon and free overnight shipping, but that does not make up for it, because they won't ship this order. They obviously do not train their reps well, either, because they always say the same thing, and do not know anything else.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Hollister. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Hollister problem?
~Taylor: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Taylor: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Hollister's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Taylor: For that I would say five out of five.
