GetHuman-434270: We shopped at your *** Wicksteed Avenue, Leaside, Ontario, Canada store, whose listed store manager is David Washburn (***)***-****. * *We were very disappointed with the evidenced BAD and UNHELPFUL attitude of your duty manager Ms. Stacy and the employee we were refered to - a Ms. Borka. * *We required some assistance in selecting a suitable product. * *All we received from the above-mentioned * employees was a BAD attitude, UNPROFESSIONAL service, an ARROGANT manner, and NO TANGIBLE help. * *Compared to your competitors in the GTA area, you provide MUCH WORSE customer service, expecially in servicing Visible Minority customers. * *Be advised that the best advertisement any business carries is by word of mouth. Guess what we have to tell people that we know, about Home Depot? NOTHING positive, based on the evidenced UNPROFESSIONAL manner, and LACK of evidenced customer orientation by your employees.
