~Joe2001rr: I purchased a DeWalt Drill and Impact Driver Set through HomeDepot.com. This was supposed to be a brand new item, never used or opened. Well, it burned up after * uses!! Returned it got a credit and ordered another one online. Had to order online, because you can not get it replaced in the store due to it being a online special. Second drill and driver arrived and it was visibly used!! Medal shavings in bag, scuff marks where the battery attached to impact driver and bag was broken. Contacted online support and they tried to say shipping was to blame. I think not... looks like HomeDepot.com is offering online specials, because they are selling reconditioned and refurbished tools as new. This is completely unacceptable. Online support could not even guarantee that the next product that they send out would be new. When you are buying a NEW product you expect to receive a NEW product!!! Has Home Depot forgot this policy?? HomeDepot.com should be shut down or there stores should back up th
