~un happy with honda: Chris was my rep. He did nothing but placate me and put me off. He did nothing to help me rectify my problem and would not take any responsibility for the dealership, said they were not associated. Told him my car was in service and he told me to wait till end of business day tomorrow to hear from case manager. he could not get someone else on the phone to speak to me. Very unhappy! got the number for ceo in japan...i will be calling.
