GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Hotpoint customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-wrenk: Not happy with offer of repair to tumble dryer TVM*** which under a year old now offered smaller one
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/24/17?
GetHuman-wrenk: Called free phone number and then passed to another number which could not help then given another number to call which would not be free phone. Just being passed around getting nowhere. Emailed because I wanted a replacement machine but offered an inferior one. This is a manufacturing fault which Hotpoint will not resolve by replacing with a new machine.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Hotpoint. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Hotpoint problem?
GetHuman-wrenk: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-wrenk: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Hotpoint's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-wrenk: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Hotpoint customers?
GetHuman-wrenk: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Hotpoint to know who you are.
