GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Houston Chronicle customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Upset: No paper received on Sunday - called distribution manager and, as usual, no response. Left message - no paper. Called the other two numbers Chronicle says to use - hung up on. Just now have talked to customer service and found out that there was a hold on the paper - that was called in for September, not October - no wonder papers were thrown. In the past when a hold is placed on paper we do no receive the papers which were specifically asked to thrown upon return. We have received the paper for ** years and will not renew. In fact, we paid one year in advance for your service which we are so disgusted with. Is there any way to get our money back now???
