~Carolyn: So many different stories (lies)from the CSR s I have spoken with. Paid for monthly delivery $**.** on ******** and still have not received my refund! They never delivered the paper! Took my money though! I have made ** documented calls to Chronicle since and get the same runaround, but different stories. The only CSR that made any sense was Tammy she told me to wait ** days, I would receive a refund. That was on the **th of Feb. Now they say as of my **th call that it will be another * to ** days and a check would be in the mail.! I have been told that the money was sent to my bank, I was told that I did not have an account there that I never paid for delivery! OMG I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK PLEASE!!!! Guess I could post on FB to see how many other people have had trouble, but I wont. I just want my money, you people need to get your CSRs on the same page! My acct.* is ****
