~Ana Glowe: Very poor customer service! Downright rude. Newspaper delivery is late. Complaints are not taken care of. Distributor is very arrogant and even cancels subscription. Houston Chronicle managers* supervisors do not return calls. They are useless and mislead. They do not resolve issues. Refunds are not done in time. One has to make several phone calls. My credit card was charged several times. Getting the money back is a big headache. Terrible customer service. Avoid dealing with them. Stop subscribing. That will spare you a lot of trouble.
