GetHuman-386040: since a distributer wanted to keep his count up ,he didn't stop the paper.so now we can't order the paper because we owe $$,from * yrs., ago.Its not much, but thats not the point.i would enjoy getting the paper at home.but we didn't get papers after we stopped and aren't paying for them.
